The Offer
Chelsea Diggins’ recent divorce has completely destroyed her faith in
men. They are a lost cause, good for nothing except sex—and sometimes
not even that. She likes her independence, refuses to beg anyone for
help, and hopes to never get to the point where she might actually need
someone.
Working for a service crew agency as an attendant,
Chelsea has the typical proletariat job. But the bitter truth, she
knows, is that working for the bourgeoisie is the only way to earn big
bucks in the ruthless, capitalist societies of today. Which is why she
has taken up another job to work on whenever she’s off her attendant
duties—she moonlights as a bartender. Her life is hectic, her two jobs
exhausting, but at least she has enough money to live her life the way
she wants.
One day, she gets assigned to the temp flight crew on
a private jet. She can’t believe how great the perks are—she can run
away to Dubai, far, far away from her past, and also pocket a lot of
money. But then she crosses paths with Mr. Brown, a self-made
billionaire who’s onboard her flight to Dubai. He’s filthy rich,
unbelievably cocky, and everything she’s determined to avoid when it
comes to men. But later that night, at the hotel bar in Dubai, will Mr.
Brown be able to change her mind?
Let’s start with two glasses of champagne and see…
