Sea of Deception
Cecily Young has learned to live with the unexpected when it comes to
Lincoln. She was complicit in getting Chase to play by a different set
of rules. He didn’t like it, but he understood her need to reconnect
with her daughter who was lost several years ago. Lincoln wasn’t going
to reveal the girl’s whereabouts without a few conditions, including
Cecily and Chase’s help stealing a painting—an escapade that nearly
killed them.
This time they have to contend with partygoers and
diplomats on a yacht. One of them holds the secret antidote to a deadly
poison. Chase might’ve had reservations about securing the antidote, but
Lincoln has poisoned him. As Chase’s symptoms evolve, they have no idea
who amongst the hundred guests is holding his life in the palm of their
hands. That won’t stop Cecily from getting her hands on the antidote.
But what happens when the person holding the cure isn’t willing to hand
it over willingly?
