The One-Thirty
Griffin is a firefighter, paramedic, and fire investigator with a dark secret—his father is the likely suspect in a spree of arsons in his beloved town of Singer Springs. Once an infamous arsonist in the One-Thirty syndicate, Griffin’s dad was in prison. But now he’s out, and the recent fires match his signature M.O. No-one can know Griffin’s secret—not his firefighting family or his love interest, Luna, the daughter of a Massachusetts senator.
With the arson fires getting worse, Griffin must choose between the profession he loves and his devotion to his family. His fellow firefighter adoptive brother, Lodi, proves to be an obstacle, both romantically with Luna, and in his insistence that their dad is innocent. When the fires become personal, Griffin's judgment skews. He’ll have to let his moral compass be his guide—yet his morals keep sending him in all the wrong directions.
