Michael Fowler always gets what he wants. His dedication, drive, and ability to sweet talk most people into anything has awarded him a thriving business, and made him a hit with the ladies. Now that his empire on the West Coast is steady, he looks East, seeking to expand.
There is a prime location on the Chesapeake Bay, owned by a mysterious man named Cameron, who is notoriously difficult to contact, let alone sell to. Michael is good at getting the 'Yes' he wants, and he's confident after one drink with the man he'll have another successful acquisition.
