True Love is a Slow Burn
Becca and Rob have been best friends since high school.
Total opposites—Rob being a former football player turned specialty car mechanic and Becca being a poet—the two have always found common ground in admiration for each other.
The easy friendship between them has always been just enough to satisfy them, despite the slow burn of romantic feelings just beneath the surface.
But when love is meant to be out in the open, you can only deny it for so long. When Becca is asked out in front of Rob, it sparks an intense jealousy and forces the two of them to reckon with the romantic feelings that have always been beneath the surface.
Both are going to have to decide whether the chance of true love is enough to risk a meaningful lifelong friendship to see if it can ignite into something much bigger.
